It is equally well designed, with a large grassy area planted with typical Mediterranean bushes, a barbecue and a swimming pool for adults as well as for children. Its living/dining room is arranged around an open fireplace, and the kitchen, well equipped, has a window with views to the garden.
The spacious main bedroom at the rear of the house affords pleasant views of the countryside and there is a corner bath in the pretty and fully tiled bathroom that goes with this and the two twins. The kitchen and the living/dining room are on the same floor.
The house is 300m away from the beach. If we walk along the very El Palmar beach, we are about 3km away from Conil beaches and about 5km if we go by car. We find the most beautiful beaches in Cadiz coast. Wild beaches, lost creeks and spacious familiar beaches.
