The downstairs level consists of a large, bright, living room with ceiling to floor windows that allow views over the pool area and out to sea. There are large comfortable sofas and a dining area for 6. There is also a very nice terrace just off of the living room to enjoy a glass of wine or take some sun.
We have a 42" LCD TV with DVD player and International Sat TV with more than 100 international channels in various languages.. We also have very fast fiber optic internet with WIFI.
The kitchen is fully fitted, with large American fridge/freezer with incorporated Ice machine...and is fully equipped with plates, pots, wine glasses and everything else you would need during your stay.
There are 3 bedrooms downstairs and upstairs you will find the large master bedroom with its spacious en-suite bathroom, complete with Jacuzzi bath.
One of the best features of the whole house is the roof terrace.....60m2 of solarium to sunbathe, BBQ, read a book or simply take in the views of the pool, beach, sea ....and the coast of North Africa on the horizon.
This is a beautiful property and within 15 minutes of all of the coasts best spots....we are sure you would love it here.
You can walk directly into the landscaped grounds and enjoy the swimming pool or relax on a sun lounger.
The beach is directly in front and you can swim in the sea or walk up to one of the nearby beach bars to have lunch or a cocktail.
The Andalucia Beach complex is on the New Golden Mile ....an exclusive stretch of the Estepona coastline where you will find the Kempinski Hotel, and the swish Laguna Village beach club with its blue beachfront pool and cocktail bars.
Estepona town center is just a 5 minute drive away and has some of the nicest beaches and best promenades on the Costa Del Sol. You will find excellent seafood restaurants, great tapas bars and lively cafes in the plazas, it really is a nice town to visit and spend some time.
If you drive 15 mins down the coast towards Marbella you will find San Pedro de Alcantara....another Spanish village full of great traditional restaurants, with a nice Market on Thursdays.
5 minutes further on you will find Puerto Banus...the famous marina with its supercars, luxury yachts and racy nightlife.

The Costa Del Sol remains one of Europe's most popular destinations. The 100km coastline has some of the best Yachting marinas where there are plenty of sunny outdoor cafes and great shopping facilities and vibrant night-life after 10pm.
Puerto Banus and Marbella old town have great restaurants for fine dining and we recommend that you visit the beautiful little gastronomic town of Benahavis at least once.
There is much more to Marbella than beaches....If you get out and look for it you can find traditional Andalucia is not far away.
Estepona is a great town with many local restaurants offer excellent "menu del dia" which is a 3 course lunch for only €10. Its an ideal location for those looking for a little more of a Spanish feel than the international, glitzy feel of nearby Marbella.
Puerto Banus is only a 15 minute drive. You can visit some of the best shops and restaurants here and there are some nice sandy beaches for relaxing.
Those looking for more up tempo fun can find it at nearby Laguna Village where there are live DJs, celeb appearances etc....and the famous Ocean Club with its champagne parties....all within 5 mins in the car or a 15 minute walk.
This is a charming little property for those who wish to experience a little bit of Spain as well as having the benefit of the main attractions nearby.
