The kitchen is modern and fully fitted and in a separate area off the kitchen there is a washing machine. The living/dining room has a terrace from which the views are of the swimming pool and grounds, very good located for all the Golf courses in the area, and there are shops and restaurants within a short walk of the development. Walking distance to the port is about 20 minutes and Marbella town centre with its great variety of shops, bars and restaurants is only a 10 minute drive.
