Overview

The villa is located in the established Guadalmina Baja urbanisation in Marbella. The house is accessed through an Iron Gate automatically operated and the driveway leads right to the main house entrance. On entering the house you come to the lobby. Through to the right is the guest cloakroom and two double-bed rooms with full en suite bathroom facilities. Through the last room in this part of the house there is direct access to an indoor courtyard and patio. On the left side of this entrance are another two additional rooms, one with a double bed and the other one with a single bed, but with an additional bed under, with two en suite bathroom facilities. This two rooms share a sitting area where there is a sofa with sleeping facilities for one person, but that can be converted into a double bed. The staircase leads on to the main bedroom suite of the house, which is composed of an ample double bed and full en suite bathroom facilities. From this master suite one can walk directly onto the balcony. The indoor sitting area of the house is splendid, with two sofas, armchairs, and other sitting facilities. There is a piano and through this area one leads into the dining area, which is composed of a round table with seating capacity for 9 persons. From this room one can go into a separate TV room which is very comfortable and decorated in Moroccan style. The entire house is fitted with a background music system, Satellite TV decoders and other fine appliances. From here one can walk directly into the ample and fully fitted kitchen, which has its own breakfast table for up to 6 persons. Directly opposite is the staff living quarters. Leaving the kitchen and into the main indoor patio there is another ample double room with full en suite bathroom facilities. The house’s own cinema and leisure room is beautifully decorated and the main fireplace has a mantelpiece, which is a very attractive feature in this large room, with comfortable sitting facilities. The house’s porch overlooks the extensive grounds (over 8.000 m2) and the large swimming pool. To the right is the pool house, which includes full bathroom facilities, a relaxation room and a Sauna with capacity for up to 5 persons. In the exterior of this pool house there is a Fridge/Freezer, and a barbecue area. The Gardens are filled with fine plants and bushes, have an impressive water fountain as a centrepiece. The whole house is fully alarmed and air conditioned (cold & hot) and has its own independent Telephone and Fax lines. Included is the assistance of a Live in Couple (She cooks on demande, cleans and takes care inside the villa and he takes care of gardens, pool, helps with the service and other items of maintenance)- they are free on Fridays and half day Saturdays.
