This 9 bedroom villa has all the facilities you need with its private heated indoor and outdoor swimming pools and Jacuzzi, sauna and gym facilities and a lot more.
The rooms are exquisitely decorated and furnished and equipment throughout is state-of-the-art. The professional kitchen and BBQ area are designed to cater for up to 200 guests, including weddings and special events. The villa is completely wheelchair friendly including lift access to all levels.

Ground Floor: Hall, living room, dining area and kitchen, opening to extended BBQ area. One bedroom with separate changing room and en-suite bath.
First Floor: Hall, master bedroom with home cinema system, bath en-suite, double bedroom with bath en-suite.
Lower Ground Floor: 2 bedrooms with bath en-suite, leading out to pool area.

The villa is situated in a gated community with security personnel on duty at the gate 24h / day. In addition, there are security patrols throughout the community during the evening and night time hours. The mansion is equipped with a state-of-the-art personal protection system to ensure the privacy and security of you and your guests.

Housekeeping is included 2 hours a day 3 – 4 days a week.
Extra: Consumption of electricity

Included within rates are one linen/towel and bedroom tidy per 7 night stay.
Housekeeping: We strongly recommend you book our on-site housemaid for a number of hours per day depending on your group size to keep the kitchen, lounge, BBQ & shared bathrooms at their best to enjoy during your stay. Cleaning is charged at 15 Euros/hour weekdays, 20 Euros/hour weekends, Bank holidays and after 5 pm. Every additional linen/towel change is 15 euros per bedroom.
A capped electricity contribution of €500 euro is included within your rental rates per week. We will take a metre reading on arrival and again on departure and any usage over this contribution must be paid on departure to our property manager. Electricity is 0.2222 per k/w. A typical bill if used in moderation is between €300--€1000 per 7 night stay.
