Situated in a rural village just outside the town of Pinoso, Casa 10-11 has much to offer the holidaymaker, for those who wish to get away from it all and relax by the pool enjoying precious time with friends and family, to the more energetic who wish to partake in their sport or hobby.
With some of the most beautiful countryside in Spain, the area is great for painting, bird watching, mountain climbing, cycling, walking and golf or just exploring.
With the East Wing accommodating up to 12 persons, and the West Wing 6 plus 2 on a sofa bed, Casa 10-11 can be reserved for different size groups up to a maximum of 18, ideal for family get-togethers, birthday celebrations, hen and stag parties and other special occasions
Linen and towels are provided and there are shaver points in every bathroom. Housekeeping can be arranged for Self Catering guests and we can organise surprise birthday parties, wine tours or other activities

Accommodation is provided in individually themed rooms, all with en-suite facilities. Our ground floor room, The English Rose is ideal for those who find stairs difficult to manage. The French, Milflores, and Royal rooms are twin bedded or triple rooms, and the Indian and Master Suite have a double bed. The Master Suite also has sofa bed and adjoining twin bed room with central large bathroom, and a private sun terrace overlooking the gardens and surrounding countryside.
With hand painted furniture, original stencils and painted floors, our rooms provide a peaceful and tranquil haven where you can relax and unwind
All guests have access to our cool and tranquil lounge and reading area, perfect for escaping from the heat of the sun and when the cooler nights draw in and you need to move indoors you can dine by candle light in the dining room and finish with coffee and liqueur in the lounge, relaxing by the warm open fire
All rooms are non smoking, although this is allowed outside

Facilities include private garden with 10 x 4 saltwater swimming pool and waterfall jacuzzi, sun terraces and loungers, shaded areas, patios, barbeques, bar, pool table, function room, free parking and much more. The enclosed garden has the sun on it all day and is surrounded by vineyards and fabulous views of the hills and mountains. Upstairs we have a huge sunny roof terrace where you can sunbathe in private or practice meditation
You can also take advantage of the long summer evenings and dine outdoors under the setting sun in the garden or in our 2 magical courtyards, with soft lighting, scented plants and a canopy of
grapevines creating a wonderful atmosphere.

We require a 25% deposit on confirmation of reservation with the balance payable 8 weeks before your arrival
Linen and towels are provided and we are quite relaxed about the clock and have a flexible approach to breakfast times. Check in time is from13.30pm, check out time is 11.00am unless pre-arranged

Casa 10-11 has been featured in many glossy life style magazines, in Spain and in the Uk, for example Casa Y Campo, 25 Beautiful Homes, Living Spain, and has been inspected and accepted by Alistair Sawday for inclusion in the 2007 edition of his sought after book ‘Special Places to Stay’

The nearby towns of Pinoso, Elda, Sax and Yecla have plenty of shops, bars and restaurants where you can sample the local delicacies and of course there is a multitude of wine producing bodegas in the area where you can taste a selection of fine wines. Pinoso has a sports centre with indoor and outdoor pools, football pitches and tennis courts. There is also a theatre and medical centre in town plus lots of restaurants and bars. Yecla, Elda and Sax are all sizeable towns with lots of shops and bars and for the serious shopper Elche’s Euroski Centre is only a 30 minute drive away.
Markets are held on most days in the surrounding villages where you can buy fruit and vegetables, clothes shoes etc. During summer there is are lots of fiestas with music, parades and fairgrounds. The Moors and Christians Parade is celebrated in most of the towns throughout summer and is worth going to see. The costumes are amazing, the parade goes on for hours and the whole atmosphere is electric. Our own village has a four day event which has to be one of the best in the area, with food and wine provided by the local restaurant, and music and dancing until the early hours. In Jumilla, approx 30 kms away, there is the famous wine festival where literally thousands of litres of wine are given away, normally poured down the eager throats of the crowd. With International Touist Status, this is one fiesta not to miss

The nearest airport is Alicante, only 35 minutes away. Murcia is about 90 minutes away and some low cost airlines now fly there.

Car hire is essential to take full advantage of the area and is relatively cheap, around 120€ per week.

The nearest golf course is about 35 kms away, Alenda Golf, and there are many famous golf courses within a hours drive

There are many places of interest to visit whilst in the area, Yecla, famous for its furniture and shoe producing factories, Aspe with its church and modernist casino, Monovar with its steep narrow streets and clock towers, Fortuna, a Spa town with a wonderful scenic drive and thermal spa baths, Jumilla, the wine producing capital of the region and its many bodegas and so much more.
Benidorm , Aqualandia, Terra Natura and Terra Mitica as well as the renowned Benidorm Palace, are only 1 hour away

The nearest airport is Alicante, (50kms) and San Javier, Murcia is about 90 minutes away
