Gran Canaria is the third largest Fuertaventura to Tenerife and the Canary Islands, the nearly circular island has a diameter of about 50 kilometers and a coastline of the 236 kilometers. The capital is Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Gran Canaria is an island of the Canary archipelago, located 210 kilometers off the coast of southern Morocco in the west, and between their larger neighboring islands of Tenerife in the west and the east Fuertavenura.
