You are only a 5 minutes drive away from the District Town of Tias and Lanzarote’s main resort of Puerto del Carmen and the renowned marina of Puerto Calero. The Casita has two bedrooms and a self contained studio which can be rented separately, or jointly. Both unites have stunning sea views and share the large solar heated salt water pool. (no chemicals used) In the cooler winter month the pool can also be electrically heated at a charge of 80 euros per week. The property has one upper and one lower terrace. Shopping for food or local restaurants and bars are within an easy drive of 5 minutes, but there is also a local supermarket within 500 meters, which has daily fresh bread and rolls.
