This is a lovely Villa, comfortable Andalucian style, just a few minutes walk away from the famous Puerto Banus marina. The location is really fantastic...a car would not be necessary, lots of supermarkets, cafes, bars, restaurants and beaches are just a short walk from the villa.
The house has 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms cream marble flooring, stone tiled bathrooms, AC, WIFI internet, and full SKY TV with all movies and sports channels available.
On the basement level we have converted the lower floor into a TV/games room, we also have a full size, red baize pool table and 2 large sofas (could be used as beds as well). On this level is also another small bedroom with 2 single beds.
There is a very nice, mature garden with private heated swimming pool, also a Gas BBQ for dining well as comfortable rattan terrace furniture and an 8 Seats dining table.
This villa is the perfect place for families to have a lovely holiday stay in Marbella, close to beach and port of Puerto Banus.
This villa is beautiful and perfect, even for 2 small families with children aged 7-16. The heated pool (for an extra fee) is fantastic as also the pool table in the downstairs. Puerto Banus is rather pricey, but there are a few more reasonable restaurants in walking distance, that you can enjoy your Holiday.
