Overview

In 2004, newly built villa on a hill with 2 large terraces and a 5 x 10 meters large swimming pool. The 3rd Bedroom and the 2nd Kitchen are located on the pool terrace level. The villa has modern furnishings, in the master bedroom has a waterbed available in the kitchen is a large American fridge with Ice-machine waiting in the living room and a large TV for you. It will be in the villa so much that you no longer want to leave.

The villa is built on a hill. From there, you have a magnificent view of the opposite mountain panorama in the valley in front of you is orange plantations and not to forget, the sea. Here you will enjoy your vacation. The villa is also to let in winter (November-April) for several months at a special monthly rate (600,00 till 750,00€ per month plus consumption, depending on length of rental.)
Orba is situated about 10 km inland from Denia, and Ondara is about 5 km away. The first supermarket is about 900 m and a restaurant you will find in 500 m distance. In Ondara directly along the highway was completed in spring 2008, the largest shopping center between Alicante and Valencia. Denia and the surrounding area offers kilometers long and wide sandy beaches.
